Business Services Recruiting Supervisor

In this role you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Business Services across U.S. offices, partnering with regional leaders and HR to attract and hire top talent. You will align sourcing with local market conditions, manage candidate pipelines, and guide hiring managers through selection while ensuring compliant practices. The role supports the firm's business operations and employer branding initiatives, contributing to efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to understand workforce needs, drive strategies, and shape talent pipelines that support growth and operational effectiveness.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Business Services across U.S. offices, including intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding transition
• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define requirements and recruiting strategies, and provide market insights
• Deploy targeted sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, search firms, and approved channels to build diverse pipelines
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations, assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Facilitate interview debriefs, gather stakeholder feedback, and advance candidates through processes
• Collaborate with HR on offer development, compensation discussions, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, privacy regulations, and firm policies in recruiting activities
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and search partners, negotiating terms and monitoring effectiveness
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including events and pipeline development

• 6-10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 4 years in a corporate or professional services environment
• Experience recruiting Business Services professionals
• Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders and hiring managers
• Experience managing agency relationships and developing direct sourcing strategies
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
